成果基準今後のロードマップ

• [ ] ゆめみダッシュボードなどで指標を可視化していく
• [ ] PdMギルドの各種指標でダッシュボード化できないものは独自集計・管理していく
• [ ] ver1.0に向けて各種基準についてバランスが悪ければ順次調整していく
• [ ] 委員会活動の成果基準について定める

降格判断開始・プロセス

• 四半期毎に、基準にあてはまる対象者については、ギルドオーナー及び代表取締役判断で実施する
• 基準にあてはまるかどうかは、ゆめみダッシュボードの集計システムを利用する
• 2026年1月1日以降から実施予定
